Yes, we accept returns as long as the product is in its original condition and the packaging remains unopened.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please email us at info@yasalam.store with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request modifications or cancellations. After this period, the printing process begins, and changes are no longer possible.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at info@yasalam.store. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
