We take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please email us at info@yasalam.store with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?


You have 24 hours after placing your order to request modifications or cancellations. After this period, the printing process begins, and changes are no longer possible.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Who covers the cost of return shipping?


Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
